Q: How do I change my Logon ID and/or my password?
A.  To change your Logon Id, please login to store.airengineering.com, and click the "My Account" link at the top of the page.  Select “Edit Info” under Personal Information.  Type your new email address in the email field.  Click Submit and the change will take effect immediately.


A: To change your password, please login to store.airengineering.com, and click the "My Account" link at the top of the page.  Select “Edit Info” under Logon Information.  Type your new password in the password field and then retype your password to verify.  You will also be required to enter in a password hint.  Click Submit and the change will take effect immediately.


Q: I forgot my password. What do I do now?
A: Go to the login screen and click “Forgot your password?”  Enter your email address, click submit, and your password hint will be emailed to you.  If you have forgotten your Password and Password hint, contact us and we will reset your account. To contact us, go to the Contact Us section of this site.


Q: Is my confidential information secure?
A: Yes. Whenever Air Engineering asks you to send confidential information over the Internet, including personal account data, we require that a "secure session" using SSL first be established. During a secure SSL session, data passed back and forth between your computer and Air Engineering’s’ systems is secured by using public key cryptography. Your computer exchanges key information with Air Engineering’s’ computers to create a private conversation that only your computer and Air Engineering’s’ systems can understand.

Q: What if I need to check on the status of my order?
A: Log in and go to the My Account Page, and all of your orders will be listed.


Q: What if I want to return a part
Once you receive an order, you have 30 days to return the item and receive a refund. However, if you received the wrong part solely due to your own error, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. To return a part, go to the store.airengineering.com home page and click on "Contact Us" to send us an email or contact us directly by phone.


Q: Can I cancel my part order?
A: Before the item is shipped, you may opt to cancel your order at any time without penalty. To do this, please contact us immediately. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is actually shipped. If you have received the order, you have 30 days to return the item for a full refund. (NOTE: If an order is canceled after it has already been shipped, a 25% re-stocking fee may be charged.)


Q: Are my purchases automatically tax exempt?
A: No. There is a verification procedure that must be performed before businesses are tax-exempt for Air Engineering purchases. You must fax a copy of your tax exemption certificate to the Accounting Department at 262-478-0701.
 After verifying your information, we will change your account accordingly and you will thereafter automatically receive tax exemption when ordering. You will be notified when this has occurred.


Q: Why was my password rejected when I tried to log in?
A: When entering your password, make sure you haven't confused letters and numbers. For example, the letter "O" is often mistaken for a zero. If your password continues to be rejected, contact a customer service representative.


Q: How do I change the address or phone number listed in my account?
A: Use the contact us section of the website, and send us the information you need to be updated.  You can also phone, fax or email us the information.

Q: How can I confirm that my order was received?
A:If your order is placed correctly, you will receive an instant message with a confirmation number. Or you may login and click on Order Status to view the current status of your order.

Q: How do I find parts?
A:There are 2 simple ways to find the part you are looking for.  You can drill down through the product categories, or simply enter the OEM Part number in the product search box.  If you are unsure of what the correct part number is you can use the contact us section of this website.  In that situation, please provide us with the model & serial number of your compressor, and a description of the part you are looking for.


Q: What if I can't find a particular part?
A: Click on contact us to send an email. You may also call us tool free at 800-558-4318, or email us at parts@airengineering.com

Q: How are freight charges determined?
A: Air Engineering, based upon distance, carrier method and item weight, determines freight.

Q: Do I have to log in to search for a part?
A: No. You can search for parts while not logged in but you will only be able to see availability and not price, and will not be able to place an order.  Once you have signed up, you will have full access to all the parts on the Air Engineering online store. The login process is for your protection.


Q: If I order a large quantity of parts, do I receive a discount?
A: No. Our prices are kept as low as possible, with customers receiving a significant discount regardless of the quantity ordered.


Q: What is Air Engineering’s’ warranty policy?
A: Air Engineering guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. Our standard warranty on all parts and lubricants is 1 year or 8000 hours, whichever occurs first.

Q: What is Air Engineering’s’ shipping policy?
A: In stock orders are shipped the same day if the order is placed by 3 pm CST.  Most backordered parts are shipped within 3-5 business days. Specialty orders may require an additional lead-time for delivery. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery. Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments that are oversized or overweight and need special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.
